This research subjects were employees selected from tourist hotels in Taiwan, 350 valid questionnaires were collected, and of which 279 are effective questionnaires, returns-ratio is 79.7%. The results are: (1) the stronger the leader-member exchange is, the more hotel employees’ service innovation will be; (2) person-organization fit can moderate the relationship between leader-member exchange and service innovation.
