Summary: | 碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 教育政策與行政學系 === 106 === The purpose of this study is to explore the interpersonal relationships and professional growth of a novice teacher during educational internship,and the teacher's career planning.The role of the practice teachers is to transform the student into a professional teacher.Among the factors that influence the practice teacher's experience in the internship,the relationships during the internship and the acquisition of resources also make each practice teacher different development.And the experiences will also make effects on professional growth and career planning of a practice teacher.
The study's main findings are as follows: First,the practice teachers would choose the schools which they studied.Second,interpersonal relationships during the internship will have a great impact on the teacher's professional growth during the internships.Third, practicum mentors have great influences on the professional growth of the practice teachers.Fourth, potential courses are more likely to affect practice teachers than formal courses.Fifth, practice teachers tend to become handymen in the internships.Sixth, practice teachers have insufficient autonomies,so they coulden't obtain the completely practical experiences.Seventh,practice teachers are less likely to be considered as part of the group in the schools.Eighth,the professional growth during the school training is limited.Ninth, preparing a career plan in advance can provide risk assessment.
