The cultural impact of globalization is ever increasing. When we facing various international occasion, it is necessary our citizen equipped with basic attainment including the way we treat our country and cultural traditions, as well as how to look on different cultures. Taiwan is an island country upon within the Pacific Ocean. It is inevitable to cross national borders and pursue much more communication activities. Not only we need economic development, but also we need to increase our international popularity. It is indispensable that we strengthen the international interaction.The subject study takes on case study of Reading Elementary school and Rip Elementary school. The study processes through interviews and literature review to understand the following five orientations: 1. the content of the whole school international education curriculum along with the international exchange pre-training, 2 .Planning concept of International communication and processing method 3. International curriculum. 4. The impact to students through international exchange pre-training international communication activities 5. And The impact to teachers through preparation and execution of International education program. Finally, the results of the research found 1. If the principal has the best leadership capability, and the school group has high coherence. 2. The location of the school and the socio-economic background account for a large proportion of the school's promotion of international education. 3. Deepening international exchange depends on the guidance of the curriculum. 4. Entire school students can participate in the front-end curriculum. All students have a common concept. 5. The promotion of international education depends on the attitude of the principal and the professional development of teachers. The suggestion are as follow: 1. To schools i. More sharing after International exchanging ii. Looking for more resource from oversea. iii. Inviting the parents of new inhabitants to join the part of international education iv. More curriculum integration for students deeping learning. The international exchange can use multiple ways in the future. v. International exchange depends on the in-depth guidance of the front-end curriculum. Other schools can follow the plan to make international education more comprehensive and comprehensive. 2. To the study i. Using Quantitative study to achieve a general understanding of the situation ii. Increase interviews with parents of students iii. Increase the comparison of urban and rural schools in the same county and city iv.
