The bone crack can be repaired more quickly, so as to use the prepared hydrogel to package. Covering its nano-particles and releasing them slowly, and loading manganese ions and calcium ions with sodium alginate in the gel. The manganese ions make the hydrogel develop a developable function and increase the concentration of calcium ions in the environment. It is beneficial to bone repair, and the space of hydrogel is applied to the space of adhesion and renewal of bone cells and blood vessels. The hyaluronic acid polylactic acid particles coated with modified alendronate (ALN) are also coated with the prepared hydrogel. (HA-PLA-ALN), while the sodium alendronate modified on the particles acts on the particles with the exposed hydroxyapatite in the bone tissue, and the nanoparticle is fixed on the bone, and the hyaluronic acid polylactic acid is used. Slowly release the coated anti-osteoclast agent-isoplavone, inhibiting the bone resorption of osteoclasts, and degrading to produce short-chain hyaluronic acid to inhibit osteoclast activity. In this experiment, the hyaluronic acid of specific length (150kDa, 70kDa) was ydrolyzed by microwave acid hydrolysis, and the sodium alenate-hyaluronic iii acid-polylactic acid nanoparticle was synthesized by this length of hyaluronic acid to coat the fluorescent dye ( Coumarin 6) as a fixing effect of sodium alendronate on hydroxyapatite, it was found that 24% of the particles could be immobilized in hydroxyapatite, and a nano-coated form of iso-plavone was prepared, and sodium alginate was prepared. Methylcellulose, manganese chloride, and calcium chloride are used to prepare an injectable heat-sensitive water-based gel, which uses manganese ions as a developer type for bone repair, and it is desired to have a function of repairing the effect on the bone repair portion.
