The existence of the government is more prominent than that of non-profit organizations. In recent years, more and more non-profit organizations and social enterprises have been increasing, and various products and services have begun to appear and gradually develop. Since most social enterprises are initiated by SMEs, they face difficulties in the initial stage of operation. This may be the reason why the future social enterprises cannot smoothly expand their scale and develop into an international enterprise. This study takes three international social enterprises as the research object, and analyzes how to maintain the concept, vision and strategies and modes of SMEs entering internationalization , understand the process of internationalization of social enterprises. In order to make social enterprises more international, mooth, and there is more accurate reference or basis of strategy and operation in the future. Therefore, this research has produced this study, and this study has in-depth understanding of the well-known and internationalized social enterprise operation mode in the future. Through the government, non-profit organizations and social enterprises, we can give practical help to the disadvantaged groups in the society and make our living environment more friendly. The strategies used in the process of internationalization of social enterprises include the analysis of international corporate strategies and overseas entry models. Different operating models have different factors that can influence the future of social enterprises. The study found that the ability to invest less in the foundation's operating model and reduce risk, through licensing, franchising and sole proprietorship, can also increase the success rate of sustainability and scale expansion.
