Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 製造資訊與系統研究所 === 106 === Nowadays, product processing time information is still recorded manually in many traditional manufacturing factories. However, information technology development of traditional manufacturing factories is slower than technology factories. Manually recording processing time information may cause the waste of human resources or unpredictable human errors. This thesis aims to apply “RFID based processing time record technique” to Intermittent Manufacturing. It is developed an “Product Portfolio and Production Efficiency Information Management System, ”using ASP.NET 4.6, C#, HTML5, Responsive Web Design etc. software development kits and techniques in this thesis. The developed system is capable of “record processing time” by RFID sensing technology. In addition, this system is used to conduct simulation experiment. This experiment simulates “manually” and “RFID based sensing technique” to record processing time in four Workstations. The key performance indicator (KPI) about production efficiency includes “Arrival Time,” “Departure Time,” “Process Time,” “Lead time,” and “Cycle Time.” “Mean and Standard Deviation value of history data from previous ten times processing time record” also can be calculated for each Workstation in this system. Calculated information will provide manager monitoring, manage production efficiency and as a reference. The simulation experiment result indicates that using “RFID based sensing technique” to record processing time will reduce Cycle Time 61.4% compared to the “manually” method.
