As health care professionals adequate knowledge, attitude and practice of ZIKV among doctors, nurses, and midwives are important. Although positive cases are few, Indonesia is a country where Aedes mosquitoes are common and could be a potential site for future outbreaks. Purpose. The purpose of this study was to describe knowledge, attitudes, and practice of Zika virus among health care professionals in Indonesia Method. This study used a cross-sectional design with convenience sampling in Dr Hasan Sadikin General Hospital, Bandung, Indonesia from January-May 2018. The subjects of this study were registered doctors, nurses or midwives aged 〉 20 years old. This study use WHO: Knowledge, Attitudes, and Practices (KAP) surveys for Zika virus and its suspected complications. Data collection were through an online network by KoboTool Box and a paper-based questionnaire. The descriptive statistic, bivariate analysis, and multiple linear regression were applied to analyze the result of this study. Results: A total of 371 healthcare professionals consisted of 265 nurses, 55 doctors and 51 midwives with a mean age of 35 years (SD ± 7.75).The total mean score of knowledge was 21.95 (SD ± 8.74), of attitude 25.85 (SD ± 17.38) and practice 18.69 (SD ± 14.65). Regression model showed that working division was significantly associated with KAP (p 〈 .005). Knowledge was categorized as a reference and explained 12.2% variance of attitude after controlling all independent variables. Attitude (β = .718, SE= .024; 95% CI =.671 - .755) is significant associated to practice for ZIKV disease and potential complication (p〈 .005) and explained 54.2% variance of practice. Discussion. The highest knowledge and practice of ZIKV were reported in midwives, the highest attitude of ZIKV in doctors and the lowest in nurses. Age and working division are associated with KAP of ZIKV and midwives, working division, ZIKV experienced are associated with practice toward ZIKV. Attitude gave a higher contribution to the practice of ZIKV than knowledge
