Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 高階管理碩士在職專班(EMBA) === 106 === This case study is aimed at the company A, a leading company in the industrial computer industry, and promoting Industry 4.0. We adopts in-depth interview to research the value co-creation manufacturing mode of its System Assembly Plant and Configure To Order Service(CTOS) Plant. The four major indicators of the case company's management in the factory: cost, delivery, flexibility, and quality, are all improved after introducing intelligent manufacturing, process optimization, organizational cooperation, and exchange communication mechanism. As regards the practice of co-creation, its plants take use of production capacity adjustment, technology transferring, cooperation projects of intelligent manufacturing promotion, and resources allocation and use in accordance with the spirit of Altruism to establish mutual cooperation mechanisms for company, suppliers, and customers. The way of allocating value is reflected in the fact that when the two plants promote the intelligent manufacturing-related projects, they indeed benefit by the increase of the plant utilization, the reduction of production costs, and the results sharing of their respective projects. Moreover, the delivery and quality of the outputs produced by the two plants have been improved.
