This study aims to explore startup budget, scale and business plan in order to make a startup success by evaluating the cause and effect with business model canvas. The goal is to provide a reference / model for the entrepreneurs and dismal failure.
This is a qualitative research of the shaved ice business model in five different scales, models and countries. Based on the analysis result, the significate different is obvious in three dimensions: differentiate, competitive and strength. Focusing on the four factors of the business model (customer value proposition, key activity, key process, profit formula) with creative thinking and creative inspiration is the breaking point of the red sea and build a new market.Business model is often the most challenging part of communicating your startup idea and the tool of finding out your competitive advantage. Drive strategic differentiation with business model canvas leads a feasible thought.
