Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 高階管理碩士在職專班(EMBA) === 106 === The aim purpose of this study was to explore the relationships among authentic leadership, organizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior. The convenience sampling was applied in this study. Meantime, we adopted a questionnaire survey, a total of 250 copies of questionnaires have been distributed randomly, 201 respondents were counted as valid, and response rate was 94.8%. Finally, the results were listed as follows: (1) The authentic leadership has significantly positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior; (2) The authentic leadership has significantly positive effect on organizational identification; (3) The organizational identification has significantly positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior; (4) The organizational identification mediates the relationship between authentic leadership and organizational citizenship behavior.
