The purpose of this article is to explore whether disabled people benefit from technological progress. According to the database of Survey Research Data Archive (SRDA) of the Central Research Institute, in 2015, 4,010 surveies were conducted. After reviewing and deleting missing samples, only 2,129 individuals were used as study samples. It is aimed to explore whether the disabled have different options for using the Internet activities, online financial services, online consumption, and online discussion forums with different backgrounds. In the empirical model, Probit regression model and IvProbit regression model are conducted in this paper. The estimate results found that the degree of disability, the kind of disability, age, gender, month salary, and education are the factors which affect disabled people for internet activities. Hope that government can refer to this article's opinion in light of the development of auxiliary apps for the disabled users, and also for those who do not use the Internet, and then add online lessons and counseling center to expand the popularization of technology and the field of technological information.
