Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 建築學系 === 106 === Based on the experiences learned from current earthquakes, it is recognized that the losses to the high-tech fab can be significant. This study aims to increase the seismic capacity of an automated storage system STK in the cleanroom of a high-tech fab. In order to reduce the responses of STK system during earthquake, a practical seismic retrofit program is proposed in the end of this study. The efficiency of the retrofit programme was verified by a series of small-scale STK shaking table tests and numerical analyses. For the study of different options, a numerical model of the STK system was builded and its accuracy was verified by comparing to the experimental results. Eventually, a full-scale computation was established and used to numerically reduce retrofitted acceleration of STK system to be kept under 500 gal. The results show a 86.5 % reduction of the acceleration reaction.
