This research integrates many pricing strategies and constructs the decision-making process of buying ticket for customers by three-stage Backward Induction from off-peak period to peak period because of the changing ticket. Moreover, this research induces the model into two layers based on Stackelberg game, which THSR is leader, and customers is follower and constructs a bilevel programming model, upper layer is THSR and lower layer is the consumers of THSR. In order to find the equilibrium solutions between the upper layer and the lower layer, this research finds the Karush-Kuhn-Tucker conditions of the lower function and find the solutions by fixed branch-and-bound algorithm. Every purpose of travelers has different pricing strategies. For business travelers, service value and cost of buying tickets are more considered, and for commuters, cost of buying tickets is the first consideration. For leisure travelers, fare is the most important factor. The service value and cost of buying tickets of leisure travelers are low, so how to attract leisure travelers by fare is the strategies that THSR can take, and for return travelers, the number of travelers in O-D trips effect return travelers a lot.
