Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 交通管理科學系 === 106 === E-car sharing will provide a new transport mode for people to commute in the city. Traffic problems and environmental quality can be improved by using sharing cars to replace owning it. The purpose of this study is to know the factors affecting people’s intention to adopt e-car sharing system. This study applies Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the basic research model, and combines it with sustainability and perceived benefits (locational and economic). Different from the previous studies concerning the existing system which already have users, this study focuses on the just emerging system which only have potential users, namely e-car sharing system. Convenience sampling is used to collect questionnaires. There are 333 valid questionnaires after deleting the incomplete ones and the scribble response. Results reveal that perceived ease of use, sustainability, and perceived usefulness have significantly positive effect on attitude, and further on intention to adopt e-car sharing system. In addition, perceived behavioral control, attitude, and locational benefit have the significantly positive effect on intention to adopt directly. It shows that attitude plays an important mediator role. This study also finds that economic benefit and subjective norm are insignificantly related to intention to adopt e-car sharing system.
