Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 工業與資訊管理學系碩士在職專班 === 106 === The operating room is regarded as a key indicator when evaluating the efficiency of a competitive teaching hospital. Therefore, whether the Surgical Process Information System is flexible and meets the needs of users has always been an important improvement projects for teaching hospitals. The purpose of this study is to examine the system currently being used in a hospital and determine its shortcomings and problems encountered in the operating room procedures by interviewing experts and distributing a questionnaire to the medical staff. In addition, an analysis on the demanding elements in the Voice of Customers (VOC) from the users will be carried out, and the results will be transformed into the Voice of Engineering (VOE) by applying Quality Function Deployment (QFD). This process is useful for improving the Surgical Process Information System and will lead to useful recommendations for determining the key priorities for improving the system. It is hoped the hospital can use this analysis as a reference for the future planning of its own system, and that it can perhaps be applied in other related teaching hospitals.
