Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 工程科學系 === 106 === This article focuses to analyze the heat transfer coefficient of forced convection with the heat sink which has one fin. By changing the heating power and the speed of air flow, the temperature variation is observed and recorded. The least square method is used to derive the possible empirical formula among the variables. If the formula has a fairly good agreement with the experimental results, the regression formula is considered to be able to describe the relationship among the variables. Through the formula, the heat transfer coefficient of forced convection around the fin can be predicted under different working conditions. Through the solved relationship, we can predict the possible thermal convection coefficient near the surface of the fin under different conditions.
