Furthermore, the increasing of the employees’ ideology, employee has his or her personal feelings and ideas about the company. In order to improve work performance, the organization pay more attention on employee’s feeling. Therefore, how to understand the employee needs becomes an important issue for the new generation enterprises. The purpose of this study is to explore the factors influencing on employee benefit, supervisor support, work stress, academic stress on job satisfaction and job performance. A questionnaire survey was used to to collect the data and generated 313 valid questionnaires. The results found that employee benefit and supervisor support have significantly affected on job satisfaction, respectively. Employee benefit, supervisor support, work stress, academic stress and job satisfaction have significantly affected on job performance individually. The implications for academic and business practitioners of these results for the hypotheses are discussed in this study.
