Therefore, the successful transformation of some retailers into Chain convenience stores, in line with the trend of information technology retail development of new business models, increase operating performance and performance. In this study, we use the ANP to establish a hierarchical structure of network service quality, sorting out the evaluation criteria from the literature, conducting a questionnaire survey for industrial experts, and constructing a hierarchical structure.
