Summary:碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 冷凍空調系 === 106 === This paper studied how to control sulfur oxide pollution source that produced in the addition process of sulfur to the oil seal of rubber precision components. CFD is used as a method to perform 3D computer modelling and to simulate air curtain insulation and ambient air flow and also the effect of air curtain fluid to air conditioning system then analyze the simulation. According to the actual proportion of the implementation drawing size, the drawing file is loaded into the grid. After implementation of the grid, the variation of fluid types is used in the simulation to analyze the fine changes in the flow field. The flow field contains two kinds of fluid; two-component, two-phases [mechanical lexicon dictionary]. Based on the experimental simulation data obtain that the work environment can be improved. How to prevent sulfur oxides which can harm for the workers and the air conditioning .
