The main function is to quickly remove faults from the power grid when a certain part of the power system or equipment fails, so as to ensure normal operation of fault-free parts and prevent accidents from expanding and reducing power outage range. The stability of electrical contact performance directly affects the reliability of the circuit breaker contactor and even the whole system. One of the important indicators is the contact resistance, which also has a huge impact on electrical performance. The study based on chaos theory is carried out for dynamic contact resistance time series. The comparison of actual measurement data shows that the contact state of the circuit breaker can be easily and quickly evaluated by providing a new method for the contactor diagnosis of circuit breakers.
