Integrated screw locking mechanism, the required sensing components, and screw locking procedures required electronic control program to carry out automated processing of the screw lock operations. In response to the screw locking operation for different types and size LCD TV iron backplane, through the programmable controller programming and man-machine interface operation, quickly installation and friendly operation for different types of backplane replacement can be achieved. With the application of the technology, the actual production process verifies the technical application of this paper improved the production efficiency, quality and stability, reduce the labor cost and the quality difference of human factors. Before importing the devices, at least two people need to manually attach a screw on an iron-backplane when manufacturing a TV, and the tact time of human attached for a screw is 3 seconds. However, a screw attached to the iron-backplane mentioned in this paper just requires only 1.5 seconds. This machine increases productivity and reduces labor costs.
