It is mainly to solve the problem of the car fire caused by the temperature and fuel detection device after the collision of the car, so that the life safety of the personnel inside the vehicle is guaranteed. Application of TRIZ and general design methods for product innovation design, in the technical contradiction matrix, through the improvement of parameters and avoiding the deterioration of parameters to find the corresponding possible invention principles, provide a reference for innovative design; then use the universal design method to make the product more suitable for A wide range of people. The results of this study are as follows: 1. In the innovative design part of fuel leak position detection during car collision, a fuel leak detector combined with microcomputer control is installed for the fuel tank, pump oil pipeline and the periphery of the fuel injector to quickly eliminate the fire. 2. In the innovative design part of high-temperature position detection during car collision, the temperature detector is combined with the microcomputer control for the position of the exhaust pipe and the engine exhaust port to quickly eliminate the fire. 3. In the innovative design part of fire-fighting control during car collision, the micro-computer control method, combined with the temperature and fuel leak detection signal, uses a solenoid valve to control the fire-fighting equipment to quickly eliminate the fire.
