Summary: | 碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系 === 106 === Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system can integrate and strengthen IT technology for the enterprise. It not only provides information immediately, but also adjusts internal business processes and organizational structure. The case company’s primary product is precision locknuts and is a well-known enterprise in the industrial area in Taiwan. Due to the increases of sales performance, traditional ERP system does not provide reliability and maintainability for the case company needed. However, ERP system can implement successfully that depends on the rigor of project management processes. Having learned the lessons from the first ERP implementation failure, the case company applies business process reengineering (BPR) to rationalize the business processes. It applies the goal directed project management (GDPM) principles, ensures a proper ERP implementation plan and as a guideline for second ERP system implementation. First, this study applied balanced scorecard (BSC) approach to evaluate the critical performance of ERP project, then used the induction to construct hierarchy structure, submitted to the key users of case company with questionnaire. Finally, the fuzzy analysis hierarchy process (FAHP) used to calculate the weight of each factor, and find out the key performance indicators (KPIs). Results of questionnaire, the important evaluation principle of four perspectives, which are operating profit ratio, order fill rate, improve yield ratio, enhanced communication and coordination skills and employee skills, the weights are 0.58, 0.47, 0.35, 0.34, and 0.34 respectively. This study results mainly provide a guideline to improve daily operations and move up the efficiency of the operations, when the ERP system migration on January, 2018.
