Summary: | 碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系 === 106 === A procedure is The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) promulgated its latest ISO9001- 2015 Quality Management System on September 23, 2015. All ISO certificated companies are facing with the demand to convert to the new version issue. The ISO 9001 2015 version edition is changed from three aspects of Annex SL high-level structure, risk thinking and leadership. The enterprises are required to be re-education trained and certificated from the entity structure, thinking structure in different directions and from the enterprise quality system management personnel to the verification and counseling.
Although the ISO9001: 2015 is a quality management system itself, but because of the basic requirement for more stringent product quality of the bicycle industry, it is not enough to cover it. The main purpose of this paper is to go through the case study of A company to introduce the ISO 9001:2015 Risk-based thinking of Quality Management System and to discuss the company based on using AIAG five core tools. It will take this opportunity to reconstruct ISO9001.The results of the performance examination and evaluationin TAIWANtwo different Divisions,we found that: First, the rate of compliance with the development schedule was originally 90%, and it increased to 97%; Second, Customers complained that the average monthly 5.13, reduced 3.88; Third, the cost of failure was 2.44% has also been greatly reduced to 1.25%.In order to help the industry to implement AIAGfive core tools, and to enhance the competitiveness of domestic bicycles, this is the main purpose and contribution of this study.
