Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 精密工程學系所 === 106 === In this paper, we design a freeform surface lens in an optical system using for the output with uniform and collimation. We design the light emitted by a parallel laser source with a wavelength of 632.8 nm, which we use is TEM00. It is also called Gaussian profile. We use the method of numerical analysis and calculating with Matlab by geometric optical for every ray, and set up a freeform surface lens and a laser source in Zemax software to simulate. Finally, we can get the results to conform our requirements or not. This method is better than the others because it is intuitive and understandable, and it can save a lot of space,and it has a high degree of utilization, uniformity and collimation, that it can be used on micro applications easily.
