Creating a sustainable environment and serving as a leader in various industries has become an important issue. Therefore, using the Ansoff Matrix, White market strategy and business model to analyze the changes of business and market. Then through the planning and implementation strategy plans, that include of apartment, smart house, hotel and catering. It is expected that H company will continue to grow, achieve corporate social responsibility, and aim for sustainable development. It also expects that the research content will contribute to real estate development in practical operations.
