It is precisely because of its remarkable features such as flexibility and intelligence that it is one of the key equipments in the automation of the IoT logistics system. In the industrial automation logistics transportation, AGV needs to follow a predetermined route, which greatly improves the production efficiency compared with the traditional manual material transfer. Therefore, this dissertation aims to discuss the core value and cost-benefit analysis research of AGV, expects to solve the problem of material handling efficiency in logistics and warehousing, and also liberates more labor force. It has great reality. Significance and important scientific research value.
In order to reduce production costs and effectively increase production efficiency, designing unmanned handling schemes for imported materials and achieving material manpower reduction, AGV vehicles select the optimal path planned according to the requirements of the job task. Walk accurately and stop at designated locations to complete a series of tasks such as picking, unloading, charging and more. In modern production logistics handling equipment, AGV systems can flexibly develop AGV systems, increase production efficiency, reduce costs, shorten production cycles, and accelerate capital turnover.
In addition to importing materials for unmanned trucks, six-axis mechanized arms and automatic locking screw machines were introduced to streamline production line operators, further to unmanned automated production, and effectively control the current rising labor costs.
This study uses a cost-benefit analysis method to compare the different schemes used by the AVG system and the robotic arm system in the computer generation industry to find the best decision-making solution. In the assessment results, the net present value of robotic arm system is 230,722 (thousand dollars), cost-benefit ratio is 12.08 , and the net present value of AVG system is 321,154 (thousand dollars), cost-benefit ratio is 144.24, which indicate that the present value of the total revenue is greater than the present value of the total cost, that is, the unmanned van system and automation arm. The results encourage decision-makers to invest on AGV system.
