However, the traditional fixed weather monitoring systems lack sufficient weather data for accurately measuring weather information in each region. Therefore, this thesis combines the advantages of information processing and mobile bus to establish a weather monitoring system to improve the accuracy of weather measurement and provide more new data. The proposed weather monitoring system is divided into three parts: a wireless bus information management system, a long-distance wireless transmission technology, and a web information platform. The wireless bus information management system collects weather data via multiple sensors on the bus and uses ZigBee wireless technology to transmit the data to the management system of the bus stop and obtain information on the weather conditions. Similarly, the management system of the bus stop is triggered when the passengers use the NFC module, and the boarding message is transmitted to the bus management system via ZigBee wireless technology so that the bus driver can pick up the passengers. Long-distance wireless transmission technology (e.g., LoRa wireless technology) is used to transmit weather data, which is on the bus stop to the server and display it on the web information platform. The web information platform displays weather data graphs with the time and data obtained. Therefore, people can watch web pages to obtain weather information, such as temperature, rainfall and humidity. Referring the system evaluation, the proposed system can achieve effective information management and provide more sensing data for reliable weather monitoring.
