The management also hold the assessment of business performance and use this to draft business strategies and directions in order to promote healthy competition among branches and business performance and competitiveness of the bank. This research uses 262 branches of a bank and financial and operational information related to credit rating indicators from 2015 to 2017 to explore the difference of credit rating and business performance between different regions(North, Central, South, East), branches of different sizes(number of employee) and different levels of branches and branches(first level branch, second level branch, third level branch).Through using multivariate statistical analysis software to establish a credit rating model for business management. It enables the general management of the bank to refer to the allocation of human resources or the establishment of new branches or regional establishments in the face of changes in the financial environment. According to the empirical result, 1. the basis of the credit rating established by factor analysis is “operating ability”, “business capability”, “profitability” and “asset quality”. Among them, the attribute weight of the operational capacity accounted for 42.183%, and the attribute weight of the business capability accounted for 27.924%, which are the important indicators affecting the number of credits. 2. Credit rating and comparison with the level of branches. The first level branch > the second level branch > the third level branch. 3. Credit rating and comparison with branches establishment area,the North > Central > South > East. 4.Credit rating and comparison with Sub-region,Big Branches > Medium and Large Branches > Medium Branches > Small Branches. 5. Establishing the credit rating of the case bank branch can provide the branch operator to pay attention to the change of its own credit rating, understand the advantages and disadvantages of its own business conditions, timely modify the business strategy, and improve business performance. 黃炳文 施麗玉 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 92 zh-TW
