Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 化學工程學系所 === 106 === In this research, a scalable fabrication of single layer non-close-packed 250 nm silica colloidal crystal/polyethoxylated trimethylol propane triacrylate (ETPTA) composites on silicon wafer was prepared by spin-coating technology. After UV curing, the composite material was etched by a reactive ion etching technology to form a mushroom-like structure. The silica colloidal crystals can be transferred into a PVA film to be a template to create biomimetic sucker structure arrays on polyethylene glycol diacrylate (PEGDA) / ETPTA polymer. The coating material of the biomimetic sucker structure can cause the difference of the deformation amount according to the pressure applied, and can return to its original shape by using acetone, represents it has the ability of shape memory.
