According to numerous research literature works, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use can significantly influence the behavioral intention of using new technology. On the other hand, there are more evidently confirmed factors to using automation equipment when it comes to administration personnel, such as job relevance, technology leadership, participation, innovative knowledge, and innovative capability. Moreover, it is often costly to form intelligent campus. It is meaningful to say to least to probe into new technology acceptance, actually operation and constant behavioral intention. Using the extended technology acceptance model as main framework, the present research further integrates technology leadership theories, the participation perspective from social constructivism, and innovative knowledge and innovative capability from innovation literature, forming a model to further identify factors that influence the technology acceptance of administration personnel. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used with Amos21.0 to conduct analyses of covariance structures. Results show that perceived usefulness, technology leadership, and innovative capability will influence the behavioral intention to use automation equipment for administration personnel.
