Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立政治大學 === 學校行政碩士在職專班 === 106 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among workplace stress, resilience and well-being of 171 part-time teacher counselors at public junior high schools in New Taipei City. The research tools used are: the Workplace Stress Scale for Directors of Junior High School, the Resilience Scale for Adults, and the Chinese Version of the Subjective Happiness Scale. The data of the study are analyzed by descriptive statistics, the single-factor ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis, multiple stepwise regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The results are as follows: 1.The part-time teacher counselors in New Taipei City have below-average workplace stress. They experience the most intense pressure when facing the problems of “role conflict” and requirements of “professional knowledge and skills”. 2.The resilience of the part-time teacher counselors in New Taipei City is above the average. Also, “community resource” teacher counselors have impact on their resilience most positively. 3.The part-time teacher counselors in New Taipei City have great sense of well-being. 4.Negative correlation has been found between workplace stress and the sense of well-being of the part-time teacher counselors in New Taipei City. 5.Positive correlation has been found between the resilience and the sense of well-being of the part-time teacher counselors in New Taipei City. 6.The sense of well-being can be predicted by the resilience and workplace stress of the part-time teacher counselors in New Taipei City. The total variation is 36.3%. Based on the results, the study aims to make recommendations to secondary educational institutions, education administration authority and future research.
