Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立政治大學 === 地政學系碩士在職專班 === 106 === Florida mentioned that the greatest contribution of human capital to economic growth is creativity capital, which includes the creative class in society. The creativity provided by creative class is the most crucial element driving regional economic growth. Start-ups are critical indicators of regional economics and thus significantly impact regional economic growth. According to entrepreneurial theories, separating entrepreneurship and innovation is hard; therefore, the purpose of this study was to explore the space distribution change trends among creative class, start-ups, and start-ups in the creative industry, as well as the relationships among patterns between creative class and their space distribution, start-ups, and start-ups in the creative industry. This study was based on general commercial and industrial investigation data collected in 1996, 2001, 2006, and 2011, and then we applied spatial autocorrelation to analyze space distribution changes among creative class, start-ups, and start-ups in the creative industry. Patterns between creative class and their space distribution and the other influencing factors of start-ups were then applied as variables to create a Tobit panel data model with random effects on the impact analysis of the patterns between creative class and their space distribution to start-ups and start-ups in the creative industry. Based on the results of our analysis, for the start-ups and start-ups in the creative industry, an HH pattern between the creative class and their space distribution may have a positive significant impact. However, the number of creative class is even more important than the pattern of creative class’ space distribution in that region or neighborhood.
