This study was collected from Hsinchu county January 1, 106 to December 31, 106. The results and conclusions are as follows: (1) Through outreaching briefing sessions, units that carry out general waste discharge by undertakings, government agencies and communities can indeed help to understand the application and extend the exemption from water collection Fees and processes to reduce the laborious refunds of cases, time consuming. (2) Checked institutions are based on their application approved by the law, the legitimate mandate to clear the general waste generated. The order of on-the-spot inspection is the highest priority for new application cases, followed by the case of approved or expired licenses, followed by cases that have not been verified for a long time and whose system is relatively large in scale, so as to avoid the situation that some units are not checked for too long. (3) Among the returned cases examined, except for the lack of information, some of them are for special cases. Such cases are not those listed in the original application conditions. It is recommended that all townships and townships first ask EPA whether they are eligible .Avoid cannot be approved for exemption was sent back to the EPA after the return, resulting in manpower, schedule depletion, delay. (4) When the municipal public office conducts the initial on-site inspection, it should first be asked the neighbors around the address of the applicant about the use of the site to avoid the gap between the verification result and the actual situation, resulting in the misjudgment of verification. The final research can be used for further study.
