The basic requirement is designed with 1V~300V constant voltage and 100mA constant current output capability. Through the usage of ADC and FPGA to achieve numerical conversion and IO control. The goal is to develop a four-wire low-resistance measurement with accuracy of 1mΩ~100Ω and through this study to meet the market demand for PCB testing. This study assists the cooperation company to upgrade the company's old two-wire measurement system to a four-wire measurement system. Compared to the old system, the precision, accuracy and test speed are improved, and other test functions can be expanded in the future, such as: Spark test, 0.1mΩ test, circuit reduction and IO control pin reduction.
