There are many ways to improve the efficiency of solar cells, example “Double-Printing” and “Knotless Screen”, “Passivated Emitter and Rear Cell (PERC)”, “Passivated Emitter, Rear Locally-diffused (PERL)”, “Passivated Emitter, Rear Totally-diffused (PERT)”, etc. This experiment is a knotlees screen of the study, compared to the conventional screen printing after the electrode, knotless screen printing after the electrode is more uniform, which will improve the current and voltage output, the efficiency has improved.   In this study, the direction causes the effect of the knotless screen printing on the efficiency of polysilicon solar cells. In the different conditions of phosphorus diffusion process, compared knotless screen and conventional screen to physical and electrical properties, the results showed that in the same pattern, knotless-screen printing of solar cells compared to the traditional screen printing solar cells to be 0.07% higher efficiency.
