The economy develops the living conditions of the people have been improved accordingly. People do not go to restaurants only for eating. Eating meals and drinking the coffee seem to have become a part of the social intercourse and life. In addition to, the customer not only emphasis on the food delicious, but also pays attention to the atmosphere when they went to the restaurant. This study was aimed to explore the influence of consumer motivation and emotional experience of perceived value and customer satisfaction of the theme restaurant. This research object population is mostly Hsinchu counties and consumers, and the age of 16 to 25 years of age. The results also show that emotional experience plays a mediating role in the relationship of customer motivation and perceived valued. Finally, according to the results of the study, we combine the urban characteristics of Hsinchu County and city regions for reference of restaurant operators and follow-up researchers in future.
