Design direction toward the lights module also lightweight and modular design downsizing. So the direction of the design of the lamp module is also towards the lightweight and modular reduction to design, in the relevant papers and journal studies found that near-lights and far lights have more and more new design and improvement methods. Although the low beam and the high beam are included in the overall lamp module, but basically near the lamp and the lamp because of the different regulations and their purpose must be separately designed. In order to solve the purpose of separate design, in recent years began to have a high beam and low beam design, integration in the same module in the way to achieve a close one module system. In this paper, an advanced integrated system of high efficiency LED headlamps is proposed. The optical components used in the headlight system are projection lens, reflector, cut-off and high efficiency LED sources. Using the characteristics of the ellipse to complete the low beam design, and then with another LED light source in any position within the oval to achieve the effect of defocus. This study focuses on the light source in different focus so that the light has a different reflection path, and then understand the entire light source placed in the first focus before and after, up and down and angle; how the light will change .And finally through a variety of calculations to get the best placement to meet the ECE R112 high beam measurement points, and ultimately complete the far and near the car system design to simplify the design of the industry generally designed.
