Economy grew and social forms changed rapidly in the past few years; meanwhile, various drug appeared continuously and there are so many ways for people to obtain. As a result, the population of drug abuser is getting younger in our country. According to the statistics from Ministry of Justice, the number of people in prison due to drug offence was increasing from 25,257 in 2011 to 27,814 in the end of 2016. On the other hand, the population was from 43.9% to 48.9% of the total population of prisoner. In other words, one in two prisoners in Taiwan was sent to prison due to drug. The main purpose of the study is to deeply interview those drug addicts regarding to their medication experience and try to seek and analyze some influencing factors. Analyzing drug abusers’ treatment mode from ecological system perspective and literature collection based on the framework of interview outline of qualitative research, and then dig deeper into their current treatment mode and content under ecological system in order to guide and build up better treatment mode. In accordance with the research result, to propose suggestions for those drug abusers from ecological system perspective as references for the related departments. Firstly, “Micro-vision System”, it can be an internet resource to strengthen family function by regulating family members to participate group course. Also, it can establish positive peer groups. Secondly, “Medium-vision System”, it can help to plan and build service teams according to different local conditions. Besides, it can assist those drug abusers in employment counseling. For example, building sheltered working environment for the drug abusers. Thirdly, “Macro-vision System”,it can be adopted in social resource support and usage to form alliance teams of community organization. Moreover, it can help to train community parent volunteer teams and create positive atmosphere to refuse drugs.
