This research has surveyed the perception of teachers with different demographic variables and environmental variables towards the pressure of lowfertility and the school marketing strategies.This research is to explore the current situation of the relationship between the pressure of low fertility for teachers of the elementary school in Hengchun Peninsula and School marketing strategies, take teachers of the elementary school in Hengchun Peninsula as example, the surrey is about pressure of low fertility for teachers who aren’t administrators and the perception of teachers working in an administrative position about school marketing strategies. This research use “Questionnaire Surrey method”, and receive 174 adopt questionnaires, of all the questionnaires,113 questionnaires are from teachers who aren’t administrators and the others, that is 61 questionnaires are from teachers working in an administrative position.The data are analyzed with various statistical methods, including descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation. The results are as follows. First, the perception for teachers of the elementary school in Hengchun Peninsula about the pressure of low fertility is above average at medium-high level.There are significant differences in the pressure of low fertility in items such as age and school size,Second, the perception for teachers of the elementary school about the school marketing strategies is above average at medium-high level. There are significant differences in the teachers’ perception of school marketing strategies in elementary schools in items such as age.Finally,the pressure of low fertility and the school marketing strategies in elementary schools in Hengchun Peninsula have very low positive correlation.Based on the research results, a number of concrete suggestions are proposed to educational authority concerned, elementary schools and future researchers for references Chung,Shao-his 鍾紹熙 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 78 zh-TW
