With increasing globalization, a greater knowledge of corporate culture and its effect in non-western cultures can be beneficial for practicing leaders and decision makers. The primary purpose of this study is to investigate and gain a better understanding of the significant impacts of corporate culture with its dimensions on job satisfaction among staff at MBLand Holding. It was done among 360 employees of MBLand Holding which was gathered through questionnaires was analysed by using statistical package for social science (SPSS) software 22.0. Two types of statistics were used namely descriptive and inferential statistic. Frequency and percentage were the type of statistic descriptive and statistic inferential used were multiple regression and pearson correlation. Result also showed that significant impacts of other dimensions of corporate culture (team emphasize, attention to details, outcome oriented, aggressive, stability) on job satisfaction.
