The questionnares have been composed and surveyed by all the employees of PVcomBank in Hanoi City. Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank (PVcomBank) was established in accordance with decision No. 279 / GP-NHNN on 16/09/2013 based on the merging of PetroVietnam Finance Joint Stock Corporation Vietnam (PVFC) and Western Commercial Joint Stock Bank (WesternBank). This research used quantitative method and questionnaires to interview employee. SPSS is applied to analyze the results. Based on the result from research, there are five factors that effect directly to the performance of employees at Corporate Banking Department of PVcomBank in Hanoi city: Working Environment, Salary, Coworker, Job Training, and Employee Empowerment. The higher satisfy on those factors the higher productivity of employees so the manager of company can understand and pay more attention on those factors to meet and improve performance of all employees at Corporate Banking Department of PVcomBank in Hanoi city. This research has analysed the performance of employees at Corporate Banking Department of PVcomBank in Hanoi city only, therefore the result was limited in small group and covered only a specific number of employees.
