Summary:碩士 === 明道大學 === 休閒保健學系碩士班 === 106 === In recent years, the government has active in promote the local characteristic learning with develop of the senior citizens education system, to encourage the senior citizens in happy learn attain to active life and creating healthy and quality senior citizens life. A study of the purpose of this study influence and change of participatory learning on Regimen and Leisure. In advance of Semi-structured interview to obtain consent from 22 had been or are participating in the study of senior citizens learner. Data processing and analysis using the principle of grounded theory, the collection of data, analysis and conceptual processing are presented. The findings show that senior citizens happy learner can promoted in four major areas in Health-related quality of life from the course of learning. Reference to proportion to social relationships domain 91%, psychological domain 86%, physical health domain 64%, and environment domain 41%. Although the results show that the relationship between psychological domain and social relationships domain perception degree is high, but the physical health domain and the environment domain are inextricably linked with life like interaction. The classification concepts and suggestions of the results of this study are as follows: The classification of the results 1. Physical health domain: Happy learning and pursuit of health, Correct health knowledge and maintenance of health, Regular live to activate life. 2. Psychological domain: The pursuit of health, Accept new knowledge, Jumping and adjustment of role transformation, Ease and no pressure to promote the willingness to participate, The joy of experience sharing , Emotional support and life center of gravity, Time to build a life of goal, Learning and change, Self-development, Good life and fun, The fullness of the mind. 3. Social relationships domain: Family encouragement and support, The transformation of social roles, The learning and growth of interpersonal interaction, The expansion of the circle of friends, The value of being respected, Willing to dedicate and give back to society, The positive force of social interaction, family atmosphere nice interaction. 4. Environment domain: A concern for environmental security, Changes in eating habits, The beautification of the living environment, Love for the learning environment, The convenience of the communication software, The expectation of leisure space, Attention to environmental protection issues. The suggestions 1. The deep ploughing development of senior citizens education. 2. Construction of excellent learning environment for senior citizens. 3. Activating the society of the whole people's happy learning. 4.
