Nowadays, there are many different titles for young people of the new generation. , Popularly known as the Z generation, this study aims to understand the impact of the Z generation in the workplace, and will discuss the work characteristics of the Z generation in the workplace, and then provide relevant human resource management recommendations for corporate practice reference applications. The following two studies were completed in this study. First, use the social network to conduct surveys on the working characteristics of the Z generation. Second, establish Z generation of staff management strategies. An online questionnaire was used for this research tool. This study tool used Likert’s five-point scale, 105 questionnaires were randomly distributed, and 100 valid questionnaires were recovered. The recovery rate was 95.24%. Through this study, we have learned that the working circumstances of Generation Z have entered digitalization and instant messaging. Communication software is widely used in work communication. The working attitude of Generation Z has also changed. They only work according to their own ideas and hope to have their own. The "flexibility" of the time, in order to work on time, can adjust the content of the work flexibly. In the work behavior of Generation Z, Generation Z pays great attention to teamwork and communication with each other. In addition, the personal qualities of Generation Z are brave to escape the past career. The framework, as long as you don't feel the space you can use, you will choose to leave.
