To explore the similarities and differences of "bank lender training strategy", this article takes Cathay United Bank (hereinafter referred to as G Group) as an example, trying to introduce a series of reforms, aiming at achieving high performance for consumers and choosing to strengthen strategic manpower. Resource management and organizational performance to help companies maintain a competitive advantage. Using the right attitude and the advantages of marketing strategies, understanding global trends, and grasping new business opportunities, the future of financial services industry, the success of success will be unlimited; corporate marketing is the history of knowledge value chain, growth performance with the continuation, the leader must carefully understand: "Find the right way, do the right thing."
