It is one of the important forces to support our country economic development. This research explored the critical factors of domestic success e-commerce case and related researches to summarize the important factors that affect e-commerce. We used the questionnaire of expert surveys, to filter out the important success factors, then using the Analytic Hierarchy Processing method to obtain the critical success factors of the of e-commerce. We differentiating the critical success factors of e-commerce into five constructors: platform, security, marketing, service, and products. There are 20 factors: platform planning, update and response speed, interaction, information confidentiality, security protection capabilities, authentication mechanisms, payment picking mechanism, variety of goods, multiple sales channels, price strategy, brand marketing, customization, interest, circulation of goods, network community management, problem solving, after-sales service and analysis, innovation, brand and market positioning. We found that the most important CSF of E-commerce including "Information Confidentiality ", "Security Protection Capabilities", "Authentication Mechanism", " Payment Picking Mechanism ", "Market Positioning", "Brand", " Problem Solving " and " After-Sales Service and Analysis ".
