Adventure education is the promotion of learning through adventure centered experiences instead of passive learning in traditional education. The methodology of this study is quasi-experiment by pre-and post-test. The subjects of this study are 2017 academic-year 7th grade students (one class) in Taipei City. The duration of conducting this study was 7 weeks (2 hours/ week). Two research instrument of this study are “Problem-Solving Scale (New Edition)” and “Daily-Life-Problem-Solving Attitude Scale”. Then, Those quantitative data are collected and analyzed by statistics methods. Also, qualitative research data as auxiliary evidence consist of learning sheet, researcher reflection as a teacher, and observations from peer teachers. The 3 results of this study are shown as follows, 1.Problem solving ability of those students by adventure education is positive affected. Four progresses aspects including “definition of cause”, “prevention problem”, “flexibility”, and “effectiveness” are significantly different, but “solving method” progresses aspect is not significantly different. 2.Problem solving attitude of those students by adventure education is positive affected. Two progresses aspects including “tendency to problem solving” and “tendency to self-control” are significantly different, but “tendency to facing problem emotion” progress aspect is not significantly different. 3.Two issues occurred in the implementation processes of adventure education are “insufficient time of activities” and “necessity of adjusting the ordering of activities” Finally, the educational implications of this study and recommendations for future study are also proposed.
