Smart technology development provides refined personal services and continuously innovates consumers' shopping experience. Nowadays, the online and offline consumer lines tend to converge. Each brand is competing to launch its own virtual store and expand its logistics services. It hopes to use this to enhance its competitive advantage and create an electronic network under the 24-hour full-time nature of the Internet. In the era of business and warring states, all walks of life and all walks of life have made their way into this competition, in order to be able to capture huge business opportunities and create higher profits in an ever-growing consumer stream. The rise of smart logistics has a strong connection with the rise of e-commerce. When all of the world grabs the huge opportunities for e-commerce, companies can effectively match the help of smart logistics, whether it is smart warehouse management, distribution quality and efficiency, etc. In order to increase corporate value, promote operating performance, establish, stabilize, and expand customer base, we believe that we will be able to win the top spot in this e-commerce contending situation. This shows that the importance of smart logistics for e-commerce operations is important. Needless to say. Given the above development background, this study is aimed at exploring the substantial impact of the development of smart logistics on the operational performance of e-commerce, and studying the differences arising from different transaction patterns such as B2B and B2C as the research direction of this paper.
