FinTech is the main key to the transformation of the important economic model in the future. Under the trend of scientific and technological progress, some of the main country pass the Regulatory Sandbox that the government provide a safe space allows the start-up companies to try new services and functions, and the government can also work with companies in the regulatory sandbox to develop legal terms and business issues that may need to be faced in the innovation process. The United Kingdom, Singapore, Australia and other countries have also established their own regulatory sandbox system. Taiwan’s government authorities pass the regulatory sandbox in 2017, but if Taiwan’s financial technology industry want to transformation of the business models, we shouldbe to establish a complete supply and demand chain of Taiwan's financial technology ecosystem first.
