碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 企業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 106 === This study aimed to explore participation motivation, continuing involvement and influencing factors of volunteers in Women’s Association. The study adopted qualitative research methods, taking 6 volunteers in positions of supervisors who’ve joined Keelung City Women’s Association (KWA) for more than 10 years as research samples and collecting data based on semi-structured interview method. Research results showed there’re multiple factors for KWA volunteers’ participation motivation and continuing involvement; besides, they have high personal characteristics of service intent and self-growth. Meanwhile, the findings also showed interaction and emotion like a family is developed between KWA administrators, colleagues and volunteers. Therefore, the volunteers not only are willing to continuously and highly involve in voluntary services, but also cognize what the meaning and mission for voluntary services. In general, the study proposed that the microcosmic way can be used through view point of female subject to focus on those women who have leisure and abilities to render services in organizational activities for more than ten years. And thus, this study would be helpful for further discussion of the reasons and powers for KWA personnel’s continuous services.
